VPN gateway intermittently dropping connections
From Jamie Rivera · Brightwave Logistics · TKT-1042
Remote staff across two warehouses are getting disconnected from the VPN every 20–30 minutes since this morning. Affecting order processing.
S Support Team
Thanks for the report. We've traced this to a firmware bug on the VPN concentrator (fw-2.3.1) and are rolling out a fix now. Expect full stability within the hour.
How to reset your VPN client after an update
Knowledge Base · IT Operations · Published

If your VPN client shows a certificate error after the latest update, a local profile reset usually resolves it.

Steps

Quit the client completely, then clear its cached profile:

vpnclient --reset-profile --user $USER
Tip: you don't need to reinstall the client, since the reset only clears the local session cache.

Relaunch the client and sign in again with your usual credentials.
